About the Role

This is an on-site contract position for an Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor at Precious Palm Royal Hotel in Benin City, Nigeria. You will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage staff and manage team performance
• Monitor food quality and service standards
• Address customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on operational matters
• Manage inventory and ordering processes
