Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor located in Benin City. The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that service standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage staff and manage daily team operations
• Monitor food quality and service standards
• Address customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on service delivery
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Assist in staff training and development to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and team management skills with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Knowledge of service standards and best practices in hospitality and food service
• Proficiency in food service and customer service delivery
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with staff and customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hotel or restaurant management (advantageous)
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
