Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and handle administrative support tasks
  • Write memoranda, reports, letters, and other correspondence
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed
  • Manage office correspondence and record keeping
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Provide clerical support to visitors and staff

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Office Management or related field
  • Completed NYSC
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
