## Title: Customer Service Officer - Bus Terminal Operations
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Sell bus tickets at GIGM terminals to walk-in guests
- Make and/or change travel reservations for walk-in guests using the online booking system
- Create and maintain guest reservation records
- Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system
- Assist guests with luggage check-in
- Escalate customer complaints and emergency concerns to the appropriate departments
- Adhere to company policies on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Resolve service problems by clarifying guest complaints via phone, email, and in person
- Forward booking and travel reschedule requests to the concerned unit
- Provide service information to guests regarding travel schedules, fares, and payment options
- Promote the online booking system, app downloads, and other company products and services
- Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years of cognate experience in Customer Service or Care
