## Title: Executive Warehouse Personnel

Keep records of items shipped, received from project sites, or transferred to other warehouse locations
Find, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse
Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
Ensure the warehouse is well organized, maintaining neat and tidy conditions
Check materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, and any specific conditions
Develop and implement proactive tools maintenance programs
Ensure that maintenance reports are drafted properly
Track goods entering and leaving the warehouse on a continuous basis
Ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and verify accuracy
Ensure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines
Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents
