Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Lery Hago Ltd in Lagos, Nigeria. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to provide high-level administrative, operational and strategic support across all business verticals.
This role requires discretion, strong organisational capacity, speed of execution and excellent communication skills. You will act as a trusted support partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, priorities, confidential matters and internal team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings and travel schedules
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive company information
- Prepare reports, briefing documents and internal communications
- Support the CEO with personal brand-related activities and content coordination
- Coordinate internally with operations, media, finance and brand teams
- Track deliverables, follow up with teams and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage incoming calls, emails and official communications
- Represent the CEO professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and business expansion initiatives across all brands
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience supporting founders or CEOs in fast-growing organisations
- Background in hospitality, luxury service, travel or premium lifestyle brands
- Ability to multitask across different business functions
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
