## Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Redeemers Health Village as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Redemption Camp, Ogun State.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedules, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Oversee administrative functions and office management
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage expense reports and budgets
  • Ensure effective day-to-day operations to enhance the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a similar executive or administrative role
  • Proficiency in executive administrative assistance and executive support functions
  • Experience creating and maintaining expense reports and managing budgets
  • Strong skills in diary management, scheduling, and calendar organization
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
