## Title: Executive Assistant / Office Administrator

Position Overview

We seek a highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting and financial tasks, assist with human resources, and coordinate office operations. You will be a team player capable of multitasking with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Human Resources & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and databases
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Coordinate employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Handle employee queries and concerns

Office Operations

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensure office maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Excellent computer literacy skills with ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
