## Title: Event and Lounge Coordinator

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join our team as an Event and Lounge Coordinator. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, pool parties, club gatherings, and social functions while managing our hotel lounge operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events, pool parties, club events, and social gatherings
  • Understand client needs and preferences, translating them into actionable plans
  • Develop and manage event budgets, allocate funds appropriately, and monitor expenses
  • Ensure events stay within budget constraints
  • Create and maintain event timelines, ensuring all departments remain aligned
  • Conduct regular communication with clients through consultations, updates, and concern resolution
  • Oversee on-site coordination on event days to ensure smooth execution
  • Address issues that arise during events and make quick decisions to keep events on track
  • Conduct post-event follow-up meetings with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle event evaluations and reports regarding event success
  • Manage hotel lounge activities and operations
