Job Description - We are seeking an experienced Esthetician who specializes in professional facial treatments and is confident working with advanced skincare technologies. The ideal candidate must be able to perform a thorough skin analysis, recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products, and have excellent client service skills. Responsibilities - Perform a wide range of facial treatments - Conduct thorough skin analysis and create tailored treatment plans - Perform microneedling treatments - Carry out laser hair removal procedures (training can be provided if needed) - Recommend suitable skincare products based on client needs - Upsell treatments and products effectively - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent client experiences - Follow all clinic protocols and treatment guidelines Requirements - Proven experience as an Esthetician - Skilled in facials, microneedling, and skin analysis - Experience with laser hair removal is an advantage - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to upsell and educate clients confidently - Team-oriented and reliable - Must be available to work 5 days a week, with Saturdays compulsory - Working hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm Check how your CV aligns with this job
