Job Summary: - The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for the valuation, management, acquisition, and disposal of properties. - The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven experience in real estate and property management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct property valuations for sale, purchase, and leasing purposes. - Prepare and maintain accurate property and client records. - Handle lease administration, rent reviews, and property inspections. - Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends. - Prepare professional reports, proposals, and feasibility studies. - Oversee facility and property management operations. - Liaise with legal, financial, and regulatory bodies on property matters. - Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and standards. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in estate management or related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate or property management. - Membership or registration with NIESV/ESVARBON is an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
