Job description
The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, while gaining hands-on exposure to audiovisual consulting and solutions sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as corporate offices, architects, contractors, schools, hotels, and event venues
- Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and online research
- Introduce and explain the client’s AV solutions and products to prospective customers
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to understand client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Work towards meeting monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
- Continuously learn about AV products, solutions, and industry trends
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related fields
- 1–2 years of work experience (prior sales experience is an advantage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in engaging clients and making presentations
- Willingness to learn technical AV solutions and consultative sales
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Must be Lagos-based and willing to travel for client meetings
