Enterprise Software Quality Assurance and Testing Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of enterprise software solutions across web, API, database, and mobile platforms within a Solution Delivery Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and develop effective test plans and test cases
• Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, and security)
• Design, maintain, and execute test automation frameworks
• Perform API, database, and backend testing
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release validation
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in functional, non-functional, API, and database testing
• Test automation and scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD integration
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
