## Title: Enterprise Sales Consultant
About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos. As an Enterprise Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs. Occasional work from home is available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and market engagement
- Respond to RFPs, tenders, and develop new sales territories
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets by effectively utilizing available resources
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence
- Build, maintain, and deepen long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and acting as a trusted partner
- Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and new product developments to inform sales strategy
- Track sales targets and pipeline with the sales team by scheduling reviews
- Promote the organization's products and technologies
- Ensure the availability and proper use of sales tools, equipment, and supporting materials
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing effective after-sales support when required
- Manage order processing with accuracy and timeliness, keeping clients informed of any delays or issues
- Manage and grow the customer portfolio to maximize relationship-building and revenue opportunities
- Maintain organized electronic records of financial and non-financial data and prepare relevant sales reports and forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
