Enterprise Risk Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying inherent and emerging risks across departments and branches. - Participate in Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) exercises and documentation. - Help maintain risk registers and ensure updates reflect current realities. - Support in monitoring operational issues, incidents, and near misses. - Provide inputs for Management Risk Committee reports. - Maintain structured documentation of risk events, controls, and mitigation actions. - Assist in implementing risk culture initiatives across branches and departments. - Participate in reviewing internal processes to identify control gaps. - Help coordinate risk awareness sessions for staff. Required Qualifications: & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. - Basic understanding of banking operations and financial risks, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with 1 -2 years of work experience in risk management.
