## Title: Enterprise Applications Manager
About the Role
TAG Energy Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Enterprise Applications Manager to design, develop, and manage enterprise applications and systems. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership, requiring the successful candidate to oversee application development, vendor relationships, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Support
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using modern full-stack frameworks and technologies
- Customize, extend, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet evolving business requirements
- Develop secure integrations between internal applications, third-party platforms, and core systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Project Management
- Lead IT and business application projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews
- Collaborate closely with business units to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage expectations
- Support change management processes, including testing coordination, user acceptance, and release management
Vendor Management
- Liaise with third-party vendors to evaluate solutions and ensure compliance with SLAs
- Monitor vendor performance, manage escalations, and track issue resolution
- Support procurement processes and ensure alignment with IT governance requirements
Reporting, Documentation & Compliance
- Design and maintain operational and analytical reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Develop and manage system documentation, including functional specs, technical designs, process flows, and user guides
- Ensure version control, secure coding standards, and documentation best practices
- Support audit exercises, regulatory reporting, and compliance with data security and IT governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in enterprise application management or related roles
