## Title: Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role

Swift Networks is seeking a qualified Enterprise Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key relationships across our enterprise portfolio. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing ICT Enterprise solutions, managing revenue and profitability, and implementing sales and marketing strategies across various market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy to promote company interests and corporate strategy
  • Acquire new enterprise accounts across various market segments
  • Expand business with existing enterprise accounts with a focus on retention
  • Oversee ICT Enterprise solutions and take overall responsibility for managing revenue, profit and loss (P&L) of the Enterprise business
  • Implement Enterprise Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Conduct industry analyses and recommend strategies to enhance company competitiveness and profitability
  • Coordinate Network Solutions, Designs, and presales presentations
  • Develop strategies to monitor sales and marketing performance and KPIs for team members
  • Evaluate, measure, and enhance products
  • Coordinate tailor-made marketing solutions to increase competitiveness and revenue
  • Drive targets for the entire team in line with yearly sales budget
  • Coordinate product development and pricing strategies
  • Oversee customer service and call quality assessment
  • Champion market intelligence, sales measurement, and evaluation
  • Provide direction to the company on sales and share growth (volume and value)
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales and within the Telecommunications Industry
  • Master's degree and experience in managing strategic business (advantageous)

  • Drive and capability to meet sales targets and performance objectives
