## Title: Enterprise Account Manager
About the Role
Swift Networks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy, drive new business acquisition, and expand existing enterprise accounts while maintaining a focus on business retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy to promote the company's interests and corporate strategy
- Acquire new enterprise accounts across various market segments
- Expand business with existing enterprise accounts with a primary focus on business retention
- Oversee ICT Enterprise solutions and manage revenue, profit, and loss (P&L) of the Enterprise business
- Implement Enterprise Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Conduct industry analyses and recommend strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness and profitability
- Coordinate Network Solutions, Designs, and presales presentations
- Develop strategies to monitor sales and marketing performance and KPIs for team members
- Evaluate, measure, and enhance product offerings
- Coordinate tailor-made marketing solutions to increase competitiveness and revenue
- Drive sales targets for the entire team in line with the yearly sales budget
- Coordinate product development and pricing strategies
- Coordinate customer service and call quality assessments
- Champion market intelligence, sales measurement, and evaluation initiatives
- Provide direction on sales and market share growth (volume and value)
- Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales and within the Telecoms Industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree with experience in managing strategic business initiatives
