Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines, adapting them to meet the diverse needs and learning levels of students
• Teach fundamental English language concepts, including grammar, vocabulary, spelling, pronunciation, and sentence structure
• Instruct students in various literary styles and genres, fostering an appreciation for storytelling and cultural expression
• Assign and discuss literary texts, encouraging critical analysis of literature and poetry
• Guide students in developing strong writing skills, including formal reports, creative stories, poetry, and effective communication
• Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, essays, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to document student progress and collaborate on ensuring student success
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, resilience, and a love for learning
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying updated on current educational trends to enhance language and teaching skills
