Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the learning needs of primary school students
• Use interactive and creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective for young children
• Regularly assess students' progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated
• Keep open lines of communication with parents and guardians about students' academic achievements and areas for improvement
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Strong command of the English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching certification or accreditation
