About the Role

We are looking for skilled communicators who are organized, energetic, and capable of inspiring students. You will play a vital role in our students' academic success and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language to students across various levels
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations
• Evaluate and monitor student progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in English or related field
• PGDE required if first degree is not education-related
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Proven track record of presenting students for WAEC/NECO with at least 95% pass rate (minimum C4 grades)
• Experience in top private or federal schools (advantageous)
• Master's degree or PhD with at least 3 years' experience (advantageous)

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in modern teaching methods
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire students

Additional Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kabba, Kogi State
• Subject to rigorous screening and background checks
