Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Engineering Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the promotion and sale of our advanced engineering and security products.
Key Products & Solutions
- Intelligent CCTV Surveillance Systems – Advanced video monitoring solutions for homes, offices, and public environments
- Baggage and Parcel Scanners – Revolving metal detector doors, walkthrough detectors, and parcel scanners for enhanced access control
- Perimeter Protection Systems – Comprehensive physical and electromechanical property protection, including visitor counters and luggage scanners
- Pedestrian Access Control Systems – Full-height turnstiles and walkthrough metal detectors for secured entry points
- Automatic Vehicular Screening & Protection Systems – Under-vehicle surveillance and anti-terrorism vehicle inspection technology
- Fire and Burglary Detection Alarms – Early detection and alarm systems for corporate and residential facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within target markets
- Promote and sell the company's range of engineering and security solutions to corporate, government, and industrial clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive technical and commercial presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solution alignment and timely project delivery
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and client needs
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and bid documents in line with company standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience in technical or engineering sales
