## Title: Exhibition Engagement Associate

About the Role

This position centers on developing meaningful engagement strategies within exhibitions. You will act as a frontline ambassador, supporting visitor experience and exhibition operations while building strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop exhibition engagement strategies, partnerships, and evaluation frameworks
  • Engage sponsors from contract signing through post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and positive experiences
  • Maintain and deepen sponsor relationships, exploring renewal and upsell opportunities
  • Provide orientation and detailed information about exhibitions and programs to visitors
  • Manage visitor check-ins, respond to inquiries, and collect visitor feedback
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to create innovative audience initiatives
  • Manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules
  • Oversee logistics including booth setup, space allocation, signage, and activations
  • Manage opening and closing procedures
  • Design and deliver inclusive, engaging programs linked to exhibitions and research
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-create meaningful cultural offerings
  • Collect feedback, evaluate impact, and apply findings to future initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Produce reports tracking engagement outcomes and impact
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for member and supporter events
  • Handle day-to-day operational support tasks
