## Title: End User Support Engineer
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position based in Sokoto. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide troubleshooting, technical support, and customer support expertise on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on operating systems and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
- Deliver customer support and customer service
- Demonstrate expertise in operating systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Perform hands-on support for Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Manage Microsoft Intune configurations and deployments
- Execute system patching and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve network printer issues
- Work collaboratively within a team environment under pressure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- ITILv4 Certification
- Experience working in a telecommunications company
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- System patching and troubleshooting expertise
- Network printer troubleshooting
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
