## Title: Employee & Community Relations Officer

About the Role

Fort Knox Group seeks a dedicated professional to serve as an Employee & Community Relations Officer based in Mfamosing, Cross River State, Nigeria. You will act as the on-site HR representative, bridging communication between deployed staff, management, and local community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as on-site HR representative for all deployed staff
Monitor attendance, welfare, and performance of employees
Handle grievances and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
Address and resolve community or employee issues that may affect operations
Liaise with the client's HR/Admin team and provide regular reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Sociology, Industrial Relations, or related field
3–5 years of experience in HR or community engagement (preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings)
Proficiency in MS Office tools

Location & Requirements

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mfamosing, Cross River State
