Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join our technical team at Reliable Steel & Plastic Ind. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure efficient operations and innovation within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and components
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical/electronic systems to minimize downtime
• Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to support project execution
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and manuals for equipment and systems
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations in electrical and electronic engineering
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff where required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Eng / B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical and electronic engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic circuits, automation, and control systems
• Proficiency in using engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB, PLC programming)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and technical reporting skills
• Professional certifications (preferred)
