About the Program

An established company is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Trainees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to join our team. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to real plant operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job training across mechanical and electrical sections
• Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution
• Learn and apply company engineering standards, safety, and operational procedures
• Prepare and present reports on assigned tasks and learning progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve equipment reliability and performance

Requirements

• B.Eng / B.Tech / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn in a practical, industrial environment
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or maintenance software is an advantage
• Close proximity to Kaduna, Niger, or Abuja is preferred
