About the Programme

Ebenco Group recognizes our people as our most valuable source of energy. The Ebenco Graduate Engineering Programme is a structured development initiative created to prepare high-potential young Nigerians with the technical competence, practical experience, and professional mindset required to succeed in the evolving oil and gas industry.

Graduate Engineers will benefit from hands-on exposure across critical technical and commercial functions, work closely with experienced industry professionals, and receive targeted mentorship to fast-track their development. This programme offers a unique opportunity to learn, add real value, and lay a strong foundation for a purposeful career.

Programme Duration: 12 months

Exceptional participants may be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion of the programme.

Eligibility Requirements

• Nigerian nationals with degrees in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering
• Minimum academic qualification: Second Class Upper (2:1) or Second Class Lower (with a Master's distinction)
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in 2023 or later
• Self-motivated and energetic with demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
