Early Years Teacher at Rupetta Academy

We are looking for an exceptional Early Years Teacher to help lay the foundation for lifelong learning in our youngest learners. As an Early Years Teacher, you will: - Provide a warm, stimulating, and safe environment for children age 1 year to 5 years. - Plan and implement age-appropriate routines and early learning activities. - Support sensory, motor, language, and social development through interactive play. - Work closely with your supervisors to share developmental milestones and daily updates. - Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and emotional care at all times. - Collaborate with assistants and school leaders to deliver a nurturing experience. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an early years institution - Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Child Development, or related field. - Deep understanding of British phonics, EYFS and Nelson or Twinkl Handwriting. - CPR/First Aid certification is an added advantage. - Patience, empathy, and a joyful spirit are a must! - Strong communication skills and a professional, loving demeanour.
