Early Years Teacher

Position Overview: - We are looking for warm, creative, and dedicated Early Years Teachers to work with children in Crèche, Nursery, and Kindergarten levels. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for early childhood development and child-centered learning. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities - Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment - Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development - Observe, assess, and document children’s progress - Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers - Uphold school values and child-safeguarding standards Requirements: - Minimum of NCE, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Experience with early years learners is an advantage - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude - Ability to work collaboratively with other staff
