E-Commerce Executive at CourierPlus

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary - We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support daily e-commerce logistics operations, including order coordination, merchant support, and delivery tracking. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily pickup and delivery of e-commerce orders. - Liaise with online merchants to receive shipment data and delivery schedules. - Track shipments and follow up on pending, failed, or returned deliveries. - Ensure accurate documentation and system updates for all e-commerce shipments. - Handle merchant and customer inquiries related to order status. - Support billing reconciliation and reporting for e-commerce accounts. - Escalate operational issues to the Team Lead promptly. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Order processing accuracy. - Delivery success rate. - Response time to merchant inquiries. - Data accuracy and documentation completeness. - Reduction in failed or returned deliveries. Requirements - OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. - 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, logistics, or courier operations. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Basic knowledge of logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
