About the Role

An established hospitality company is recruiting a Duty Manager for immediate resumption. This is a key operational position responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for guest complaints, offering empathetic solutions and ensuring prompt follow-up
• Oversee daily hotel functioning, ensuring all areas (lobby, public spaces, guest rooms) meet established standards
• Assist departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and support teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and adherence to procedures across all departments
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and manage crisis situations
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations
• Report to senior management on daily operations and key issues
• Handle administrative tasks and financial checks
• Assist with budgeting and revenue enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• SSCE qualification (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination)
