Key Responsibilities - Play drums skillfully during worship services, rehearsals, and special programs. - Collaborate with other musicians and worship leaders to deliver excellent sound and flow. - Maintain punctuality, preparedness, and a positive attitude during all ministry engagements. - Care for and maintain the drum set and related equipment. Requirements - Proven drumming experience (church setting preferred). - Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and musical dynamics. - Ability to flow with different worship styles and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. - Commitment to spiritual growth and ministry excellence.
