Major Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver customer orders to various locations
• Ensure proper handling and loading/unloading of goods
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any faults or maintenance needs
• Comply with all traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
• 1-3 years driving experience
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Proven experience as a Driver, Dispatch rider Assistant, or Logistics driver
• E-commerce experience (advantageous)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious
• Familiarity with major routes within Anambra and surrounding states
• Ability to maintain and complete basic vehicle records and reports
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (advantageous)
