Role Overview The driver is to operate and control a vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring the transportation of staff, clients, and materials to designated locations. Key Responsibilities - Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations  - Ensure punctual and timely transportation services. - Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition. - Perform minor maintenance tasks such as checking oil, water, lights, and tires. - Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles with the approved service provider. - Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents. - Ensure all relevant vehicle documentation is up to date, including insurance, registration, and roadworthiness certificates. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. - Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety. - Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the Logistics Manager immediately. - Provide courteous and professional service to staff, clients, and visitors. - Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings when necessary. - Support the logistics team with other duties as assigned, including running errands and deliveries. - Ensure daily cleaning of all vehicles before leaving the office premises Qualifications & Experience - Minimum of SSCE or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience. - Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns. - Ability to read and write, and communicate effectively - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. - Strong focus on safety and attention to detail. - Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. - Strong ethics and reliability - High interpersonal skills like active listening, empathy and emotional intelligence WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Career growth and professional development opportunities. - Work in a dynamic and innovative real estate company - Access to exclusive investment and tools - Positive work environment Check how your CV aligns with this job
