About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Domestic Steward / Butler position. The role involves ensuring smooth hospitality operations with a focus on guest experience, sanitation, and support for service staff. This includes greeting guests, setting tables, stocking supplies, cleaning, and assisting kitchen and wait staff with food preparation and service, all while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greeting, seating, and assisting patrons; refilling drinks; answering basic questions; ensuring guest satisfaction
• Table & Dining Area Setup: Cleaning and setting tables with linens, cutlery, and condiments; adding decorations; clearing tables
• Sanitation & Hygiene: Washing dishes and equipment, cleaning floors, maintaining spotless food preparation and dining areas, and disposing of waste appropriately
• Stock & Supply Management: Keeping serving stations stocked with napkins, utensils, and condiments; managing kitchen and bar inventory
• Kitchen Support: Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as garnishing and salad preparation; unloading deliveries
• Operational Support: Coordinating with other staff, assisting with opening and closing duties, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
