Position Overview

Due to growing enrolment of PhD students, UNICAF seeks to recruit qualified PhD Thesis Supervisors for part-time and full-time online teaching positions in the following areas:

• Accounting and Finance
• Education
• Information Technology
• Law and Politics
• Management
• Marketing Management
• Public Health

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisors and instructors are expected to:

• Access the online platform (Virtual Learning Environment - VLE) regularly, a minimum of 4 times per week. Remote work from any location is permitted
• Supervise students' dissertation theses related to your area of expertise
• Teach doctoral modules related to research methods and current issues in research, when necessary
• Maintain regular contact with students via email and the online Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platform
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and criticism on their work in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or EdD) in your field of expertise
• Demonstrated experience in supervision of MA and/or PhD theses
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals
• High level of proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online teaching
