## Title: District Sales Executive (Ogun)
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified District Sales Executive to drive market expansion and revenue growth across the Ogun district. This is a dynamic sales and business development position offering significant career advancement opportunities, with potential promotion to management within 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to position the company for growth
- Market and sell professional training courses and programs to new clients
- Develop new market opportunities and increase product volumes from current and future operating areas
- Mobilize clients for professional training program enrollment
- Implement company business development strategies and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business relationships to grow revenue
- Represent the organization at forums, client discussions, and industry conferences
- Facilitate organizational development activities including strategic planning and team building
- Lead all marketing, business development, and sales initiatives to identify new clients and maximize sales with existing accounts
- Organize and coordinate training activities for the company
- Develop long-term client base through referral networks
- Approach potential clients using mailings and phone solicitations
- Attend all scheduled team meetings at appointed locations
- Report to the Corporate Sales Representative
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HND, B.Sc, or M.Sc qualification
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Must be a resident of Lagos
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum or no supervision
- Strong decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within the NYSC environment
