About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our confidential research operations and client-facing intelligence outputs. This is a high-responsibility position requiring exceptional analytical capability, discretion, and leadership of a specialized research team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research agenda and oversee all confidential intelligence outputs
• Supervise a dedicated research team including Senior Researchers, junior researchers, and NYSC analysts
• Produce and oversee confidential intelligence briefs, risk and scenario analyses, and executive advisory notes
• Maintain strict separation between confidential and public organizational outputs
• Ensure editorial clearance and quality control in coordination with senior leadership
• Support high-level client briefings and strategic engagements
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, data integrity, and professional ethics

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, economics, political science, security studies, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in policy analysis, strategic advisory, intelligence, or political-economy work
• Strong analytical writing and synthesis skills
• Demonstrated discretion and professional judgment
• Experience engaging senior public or private-sector decision-makers
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-responsibility, high-trust environment
