Requirements - Candidates must possess a good honours degree not below Second Class Lower Division preferably in Mass Communication or Journalism from a recognized University with at least fifteen (15) years post-qualification experience, ten (10) of which must be in a tertiary institution and at least five (5) of which must have been as a Deputy Director of Information in a public University with membership of relevant professional bodies like NIPR. - A good working knowledge of appropriate computer packages and postgraduate qualifications will be added advantages. - Candidates must demonstrate capability to provide leadership for a Directorate of Information and Corporate Affairs.
