## Title: Direct Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Direct Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and manage key client accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying companies that need printing and packaging services, bringing them in as clients, and ensuring they maintain a strong relationship with us. If you're driven, persuasive, and love closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients who need printing and packaging services (e.g., pharmaceuticals, FMCG, corporate offices, manufacturers, agencies)
- Meet monthly acquisition targets of 4–5 new active clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and our production and design teams
- Manage the entire job process — from client brief to production, delivery, and follow-up
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Monitor all client requests, orders, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Provide weekly updates and sales reports on client activity and revenue generation
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not compulsory)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, or related industries is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-driven environment
Compensation
Base Salary + Attractive Commission
