## Title: Direct Sales Executive

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in a direct sales executive position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers

Required Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise solutions sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
