## Title: Direct Sales Agent
Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and promoting investment products. This role requires a proactive and persuasive professional who thrives in the financial services industry and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Promote investment products to prospects
Sales & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
- Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs and goals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Support
- Guide clients through onboarding and investment processes
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client inquiries
Qualifications & Requirements
- NCE or OND qualification
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets (advantageous)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused approach
