## Title: Direct Sales Agent

Role Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and promoting investment products. This role requires a proactive and persuasive professional who thrives in the financial services industry and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Promote investment products to prospects

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
  • Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs and goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Customer Support

  • Guide clients through onboarding and investment processes
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client inquiries

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NCE or OND qualification
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets (advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused approach
