Role Description - This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent based out of our Lagos branch. - The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. - Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, selling financial products, and offering insurance and financial advisory services. - The position allows for some work-from-home flexibility while ensuring regular attendance at the Lagos branch. Required Qualifications: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Sales skills with a proven track record in driving business growth - Knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
