## Title: Digital and Social Media Manager
Job Objective
We seek a Digital and Social Media Manager to ensure a unified and high-impact digital presence across all subsidiaries by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and digital communication plans that promote the group's brands, enhance audience engagement, and increase market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the group and subsidiaries
- Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications, campaigns, and designs
- Plan and manage email, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive online traffic and conversions
- Monitor competitors' digital activities and recommend strategies for differentiation and growth
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) for all subsidiaries
- Oversee content creation including text, video, graphics, and reels, ensuring relevance and audience appeal
- Engage followers through active community management and real-time response to inquiries and feedback
- Coordinate digital content across multiple business units to maintain unified messaging
- Design, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for performance, conversions, and ROI
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to tailor campaigns to their specific business objectives
- Track and analyze digital campaign results to inform future strategies
- Act as the central liaison between the group communication office and subsidiaries
- Support subsidiaries with content development, campaign execution, and digital training
- Review and publish all social media content across all subsidiaries
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and algorithms to keep the brand competitive
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
