Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and find potential customers using various digital channels and market research to build a sales pipeline
Client Engagement
- Use digital platforms and social selling techniques to engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and communicate the value of digital products and services
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies, including creating and delivering compelling presentations and customized solutions
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and close sales to meet revenue goals
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to align digital marketing campaigns and promotions with sales efforts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client campaign implementation
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track sales activities and performance against targets
- Provide regular reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience
