## Title: Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist to drive growth of our digital product portfolio. In this role, you will develop the business in terms of turnover, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting the sales team in maximizing product penetration and expanding our cloud platform user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profitable targets
  • Support sales force in sales activities and provide product training on digital offerings
  • Organize and run seminars and webinars to promote the digital portfolio
  • Directly support customers in successful implementation by providing comprehensive training and mentoring
  • Create customer case studies and best practices documentation that clearly communicate product value and benefits
  • Provide reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management
  • Monitor competitors regarding pricing, product features, and market positioning, providing proactive feedback to headquarters
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define tailored solutions and initiatives for vertical markets
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Monitor discounts to maximize profitability
  • Support product launches, promotions, and commercial activities
  • Ensure implementation of brand cultural model through company policies and procedures compliant with Corporate Governance
