Digital Operations Officer

Position Overview: - Eden Solutions & Resources Limited is a professional consulting firm delivering people, process, and business solutions across Nigeria. We are seeking a Digital Operations Officer to take ownership of our internal digital tools, workflows, and operational systems. - This role is ideal for a highly organized, execution-focused professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and using digital tools to drive efficiency. Role Overview - The Digital Operations Officer will be responsible for organizing and optimizing the firm’s digital work environment, improving internal workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations through effective use of modern productivity tools. - The role works closely with internal teams and directly with the CEO to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve execution speed. Key Responsibilties - Organize and manage the company’s digital work environment, including shared drives, documents, trackers, forms, calendars, and internal tools - Design, document, and maintain structured digital workflows that replace manual and informal processes - Improve office efficiency through effective use of digital tools and simple automation - Support the setup and daily use of systems for managing clients, candidates, and projects - Maintain accurate, well-structured operational data and records - Post, update, and manage content on the company website and internal platforms - Design basic digital materials using Canva or similar tools - Prepare files correctly for printing and publishing (print-ready formats, layouts, and resolutions) - Coordinate printing and publishing jobs, including vendor liaison, timelines, and quality control - Support internal teams with digital tools, trackers, dashboards, and reports - Work directly with the CEO to streamline operations and improve execution efficiency. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience. Remuneration N200,000 (Gross monthly).
