Digital Marketing Trainee at Ha-Shem Limited

Job Summary

Ha-Shem Limited is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, a passion for technology-driven marketing, and a strong desire to contribute to online campaigns that promote Ha-Shem's range of ICT solutions and services. This role offers exposure to diverse marketing functions and the opportunity to grow into a full digital marketing position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
• Assist in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube) to improve brand visibility and engagement
• Create and schedule engaging content — posts, graphics, videos, and blogs — consistent with Ha-Shem's brand voice
• Support website updates, SEO optimization, and landing page improvements to drive online conversions
• Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Meta Insights
• Assist in lead generation and nurture activities for Ha-Shem's key business solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategy development
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role
• Basic understanding of social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing
• Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
