About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with a real estate background to join our team as a Team Lead. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies while leading a small marketing team to drive growth and generate quality leads for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
• Lead and guide a small marketing team
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Grow online presence and generate quality leads
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in real estate
• Proven experience running paid ads and generating leads
• Leadership or team management experience
• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics
• Strong communication and creative skills

Compensation

N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
